I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, in which I have graduated with a GPA of 3.70. I have taken a variety of classes that cover circuit analysis, electronic circuit, signals and systems, digital systems design, electronic materials and devices, and semiconductor devices. I have worked on many projects that require a deep understand of circuits, software skills and prototyping. Some of my projects include a system that measures vital signs from FMCW radio, video camera and infrared camera, an laparoscopy training interface, and a heart rate monitor.
Additionally, at Brock Solutions, where I worked for 2.5 years as an Electrical Engineer/ Designer, I have demonstrated a strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure and challenging working environment. I specialized in baggage handling system, security enhancement explosive detection system and end-to-end tracking of airport/airline passengers and their baggage. I designed electrical control system schematics in accordance with each customer’s specifications and associated contractual obligations, as well as local, state, and national electrical engineering codes and industry standards. I have addressed change requests with technical modifications made prior to installation and commissioning. I have commissioned on site and supervised electricians during the installation. Furthermore, I am the Electrical lead on several projects simultaneously where I demonstrated my ability to manage to lead other team members to a common goal and help other grow as electrical engineers.
In combination with previous work experience, my background with design and prototyping, and my on going drive to learn, I believe that I would be able to contribute to your company’s growth.
