I have 2 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. Actively looking for a job change.
I have a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University. Currently, I'm working as a Mechanical Engineer at Scintrex Trace Corporation, where I design 3D models of electro-mechanical components, build micro components like ultrasensitive sensors operating at high temperatures, prepare specifications, test procedures, and calibration methods for electro-mechanical systems as per client requirements, and prepare validation and verification protocols for product and process design changes. I also draft improved manufacturing instructions, manage BOM preparation, technical documentation, and inventory maintenance, and perform quality control of purchased components.
Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart, where I analyzed complex customer interactions, implemented strategies to prevent future escalations, and oversaw a team of 20 customer service professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer experience.
I also have project experience as a Fabricator/Assembler at Osmania University, where I designed and modeled the chassis of an eco-powered bot using SOLIDWORKS, created assembly drawings to assist in manufacturing using AutoCAD, and created BOMs for procurement of parts as well as controlled inventory. Overall, I have experience in AutoCAD, Solidworks, Fusion360, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
I have a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University. My Master's program provided me with advanced knowledge and skills in mechanical engineering, including courses in engineering design, materials science, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. My Bachelor's program provided me with a foundational understanding of mechanical engineering, including courses in thermodynamics, mechanics, dynamics, and materials science.
My education in mechanical engineering is highly relevant to my current position as a Mechanical Engineer at Scintrex Trace Corporation, where I design 3D models of electro-mechanical components, build micro components like ultrasensitive sensors operating at high temperatures, and prepare specifications, test procedures, and calibration methods for electro-mechanical systems.
