- Coordinate healthcare construction, renovation, maintenance and capital improvement projects across hospital and off-site properties.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, internal departments and senior leadership through planning procurement and delivery.
- Conduct monthly property inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks on building systems.
- Manage site and facility improvement initiatives, including leak investigations, remediation work, minor renovations and required building repairs or modifications.
- Review drawings, specifications, submissions, invoice and change documents to identify scope gaps, inconsistencies, billing concerns and coordination issues.
- Prepare reports tracking work task status & completion, utility usage, and upcoming maintenance tasks.

- Reviewed building codes, municipal zoning requirements and manufacturer design guides to support compliant permit and Site Plan Approval drawings.

- Supported the Near Surface Disposal Facility project team by tracking site qualification compliance, scheduling, and identifying certification gaps.
