With over 30 years of theatre experience, Geoffrey has worked on productions in Canada, New York and the United Kingdom. Alongside his directing, Geoffrey has spent the past eight years as head of the MFA /MA Acting Program and a Senior Acting Tutor at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, as well as maintaining his practice as an acting coach and workshop leader.
Originally trained as an actor in Canada, he holds an MFA in Voice Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and an MA in Directing from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, with much of his career centering around work on Shakespeare. He has just stepped away from his leadership of the MFA Acting Program but continues as a Freelance instructor.
Geoff has led all the "Engaging Shakespeare" Masterclasses including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.
