Mr. Vayali is a Professional Engineer with thirty (30) years engineering experience in the planning, design and management of projects involving construction of municipal and provincial infrastructure supporting highway, railway, LRT, transit, subways as well as airport and port facilities. These include new multi-level, complex geometry concrete and steel bridges, bridge rehabilitation, tunnels, dams, marine anchored bulkhead structures, retaining walls and associated drainage systems.
He has extensive experience preparing conceptual, preliminary and final design packages, estimates and contract documents as well as construction experience in these areas. In partnership with large national contractors George has also worked as a contractor delivering solutions in Design-Build teams.
Over his career, George has developed a full appreciation of how integrated capacity-built infrastructure systems are conceived, justified and delivered through various public sector, private sector and hybrid models. George understands the need to approach each situation with the broader view in mind and encourages stakeholder input at all stages allowing for more inclusive and seamless outcomes.
