I have been in customer service and sales for 15 years, working in the retail industry. As I grew within this industry I have been able to mold my attributes and pick up tangible soft skills. As I have grown from customer services to sales and currently holding a management role, I have been able to recruit, coach and develop team members to be successful.
I have been studying and applying my business analytical skills towards a certificate. Looking for a new opportunity to adapt and grow with the growing and changing economy around us.
I started in retail with Lacoste, started as a part time customer service rep and gradually moved up within into an Assistant Manager Role. I laterally moved to Joe Fresh in the same Role in 2016. As of August 2021 I got an opportunity to work as a Store Manager with Johnston & Murphy.
