Ginny Varghese

I am a Mig welder with 4 years of experience working with metal fabrication and precision cutting. I am skilled and experienced working with drill presses and welding machines. I can read blueprints and produce accurate and high quality results.

I have a CWB welding inspector diploma form Stanford International College and have acquired 4 types of welding tickets including Mig, Tig, Stick and Flux core and I also possess a forklift license. I have 2 years of experience working as a Machine Operator and I am passionate about working harmoniously with teams and doing my best in all that I do.

With over four years of hands-on experience in welding and manufacturing, I have worked as an A+ Welder at Active Dynamic Corp, a Welder at Martinrea Hydroform Solutions, and a Machine Operator at Kobay Tool & Stamping Inc. In these roles, I performed MIG welding and other fabrication tasks, operated production machinery, adhered to strict safety and quality standards, and contributed to meeting production targets through strong time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

I have completed an Event Management program at Canadian All Care College (Nov 2023 – Dec 2024) and previously earned a Welder Specialist/Inspector certification from Stanford International College (Feb 2020 – Feb 2021), obtaining CWB tickets in Stick, MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding. I have also completed training in Network Engineering at Computek College (Feb 2019 – Oct 2019), combining technical expertise with project and event coordination skills.
