Daily site visits to ensure quality and safety in the construction site.
• Review plan, specifications, and details and ensure the contractor is following them.
• Maintained and updated the documents of all the associated projects regularly.
• Estimation and preparation of detailed project reports for various upcoming projects • Measuring, Recording, and Billing of the works done by the contractor using MS Excel.
• Assisted in the design, coordination and submission of designs and project reports to clients.
• Used MS Excel and MS Word for documentation of the associated projects.
• Answered client concerns, doubts, requirements, etc., and attended and recorded the minutes of the meeting held by them.
• Keep track of the schedule to avoid any delays.
• Keep track of RFI and Change orders.
