I have volunteered to minister spirituality to a campus of 90,000 in population. In the 5 months that I've been there, I was able to spearhead 15-minute daily discussions composed of 10-12 people by inviting people through cold-contact and sending invitations online. I was also able to organize interactive weekly meetings of 30-35 people in 2-hour durations.

My assignments were mostly with content creation for social media, cold-contact invitations, and dealing with the administration. This in turn granted us a visible-status as a campus organization in the 1st semester of the academic year.
