For the past 7 years, I have gained valuable experience in this area through working with my uncle in his home renovation company and I have worked on renovation projects for several extended family homes, and a host of side gigs.

More recently, I have been renovating a family home, so it is year-round livable. I am experienced in general carpentry, demolition, repairs and installation.

Worked on various renovation projects including family homes and side gigs, with current focus on year-round livable family home renovation.

• Part of a new home build, which entailed an ICF Foundation, insulating, baseboard/ trim, drywall throughout, siding/ soffits, decks, installing prefabricated doors, painting/ staining as well.
• Complete kitchen renovation, from studs to cabinets, installed butcher-block countertops throughout, drywall, installed Poplar shiplap and T&G ceilings.
• Renovated a double-wide trailer home in Florida, which included framing, new subflooring, drywall and finishing, LVP, baseboards & moulding, minor electrical (new wire for outlets and switches), new backsplash in kitchen, and new paint throughout.
• Basement restoration - repairs to existing subfloor, patched and replaced drywall throughout entire basement, new cabinets, new baseboard and trim/ doors, vinyl flooring, prime/paint.
• Removed an old 3-piece shower and replaced it with modern tub and surround
• Painted several houses, including interior/ exterior
• Dock and deck builds/ maintenance. Exterior landscaping, including retaining walls, lean-to builds.
