I have graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Technology program at NAIT with honors. Last summer I had the opportunity to gain experience working with automation in a manufacturing setting. I am very motivated and have an impressive work ethic.
I am looking for full-time positions in the Edmonton and Calgary area.
May 2022 to December 2022
During the summer I was given two major projects. My first Project was reworking discontinued and unpopular paint into product that can be used in current and future batches. I was responsible for every step from cleaning storage barrels to getting the product on the mixing line.
My second project was operating a simple paint spraying robot to create color fan samples to give out to customers. Quality was essential to this process as even a single bad paint strip could lose the company thousands of dollars from losing a potential order. This entailed daily maintenance of the spray booth and paint gun, as well as paying extra attention to the paint settings. I continued this project into my third semester.
During both my projects I also assisted inventory control in day-to-day activities like inventorying and reorganizing pallet shelves.
I was responsible for greeting the customer upon pick up, putting the order through the register, filling out/ filing the order forms, and bringing the order out to the customer’s car and loading up the groceries I also helped train newer employees to do similar tasks on occasion I would also be sent to scan and collect all the heavy / large items for the day’s orders
2015 to 2016
I was responsible for assisting group leaders in everyday tasks such as making sure the children were safe and having fun. Over the two summers I did over one hundred volunteer hours
