Carpenter Apprentice at Lower Coast Building Group (2024-11 – Present)

Worked on one commercial storage project. Assisted senior carpenters with -

• building forms, rebar work, secured sauna tubes for concrete pour, form stripping
• post and beam installation, cross bracing, framed floor, installed subfloors, framed walls (door/window openings), sheathing, wall blocking. Secured framework with structural connectors and fasterners
• assisted in installing trusses, roof sheathing, gable ladders, fascia, installed purlins, roof-breathable blocking near birdsmouth
• worked on building envelope, siding: building wrap, water proofing, rainscreen, cut siding material, inside insulation and sealed it with vapor barrier using acoustic sealant, installed finished plywood.
• built deck: installed posts, deck boards

Experience in various home reno projects ranging from small improvements, kitchen/bath, deck or stair work, to a complete remodeling. Hand-on experience on -

• site prep, demo work, framing as per plans, plywood backing for millwork or bathroom accessories, drywall patch installation
