Gustavo Torres

I work as a QA Manual Tester, I have more than 4 years of experience as a Manual Tester.

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and my Master's Degree in Administrative Engineering and Quality from the Universidad de la Salle Bajío. I have completed my PhD in Administrative Sciences from IEU Puebla. I recently obtained an Audio Engineer and Music Producer diploma at SAE Institute in North Vancouver.

I have a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. As a QA Engineer, I have been involved in reviewing user stories, creating test scenarios and cases, executing test cycles, and identifying and tracking bugs. I have worked in Agile environments and supported production implementations.

I also have experience in projects such as data migration verification, laptop standardization, and software implementation. I have worked as a company owner, director of social management and citizen services, university program coordinator, and coordinator of social policy planning and programming. My roles have involved coordination, planning, budgeting, and implementation of various initiatives.

Overall, I bring a strong background in quality assurance, project management, and social development to my professional endeavors.
