My partner and I have three happy, healthy children, my mother in law lives with us, and my parents, grandparents, and other extended family all live within hundreds of meters from each other. We are close, which translates to being fully supported in the success of my career.
I not only believe I will be an asset to this team with my past professional experience, but the personal and life experience I have, will also suit as a value add.
In truth, I trust that I am better ‘in person’ then on paper, I look forward to having the opportunity to prove that.
Learning and development specialist / training specialist - 2015 to present (Valeyo)
Design training content, classes, courses, curriculum.
Conduct classroom training in person and virtual across Canada
Report on analytics and data collected to identify gaps in training, gaps in sales, etc. Use data to create training materials to support and close gaps.
Certificate in adult education.
It involved in the teaching, training, skills development and program development of any adult educational environment.
