Hamdi Mohamed

Hello, my name is Hamdi Mohamed, and I finished a semester of high school early. Since I graduated from high school, I've been seeking for a job where I can be comfortable and happy, and I believe Footlockers is the right fit. I believe I am the ideal candidate for this position since, as a basketball player, I am naturally drawn to various sports footwear.

I appreciate studying about the various shoes that each brand offers so that I can determine which one provides the best support, protection, stability, and comfort. With this knowledge, I can assist consumers in determining which shoes are the greatest fit for them. I also want to build a shoe collection and eventually have a large shoe collection, therefore working at a foot locker can only help me gain knowledge.

Aside from my knowledge and passion for shoes, I have extensive experience in customer service. As you can see from my portfolio, I've worked for a variety of food and beverage enterprises, including as a supervisor at Canada's Wonderland. I've gained expertise dealing with various types of consumers while working as a supervisor.

These consumers include new customers who need assistance determining what is best for them, customers who already know what they want, and even frustrated customers who vent on you. As a consequence of my experience, I am an excellent candidate for this role because I know how to deal with various types of customers who enter the business's doors.
