PhD student in the Medical Image Analysis Research Lab (MIAL) at Simon Fraser University. I have hands-on experience in algorithm development for biomedical image and data analysis algorithms with a proven track record of success in this field.

During my PhD thesis, I tackled the problem of image reconstruction and diagnosis of breast cancer lesions using diffuse optical tomography (DOT).

My work develops novel computational medical imaging and analysis approaches for screening breast cancer lesions using deep learning based methods. My coding experience includes proficiency in Python and Matlab and intermediate skills in Java and C++. I have extensive experience with commonly used deep learning models and frameworks, such as TensorFlow.

I have a keen interest in keeping up with the latest advances in AI research and related applications in medical imaging and computer vision, and I am always eager to learn more.
