Hannah Sungitsa

Hi there! I'm a Legal Assistant from Malawi with hands-on experience in mostly personal injury cases, however, I also have experience in other civil, commercial and family matters. I'm passionate about learning and always open to new challenges.

I adapt quickly and love growing through every opportunity that comes my way. Whether it's drafting documents, supporting casework, or doing legal research, I aim to make life easier for the people I work with. Excited to connect, learn, and share ideas with others in the legal space and beyond!

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, Pilates, drawing and travelling.

I began my legal journey in 2016 with an internship at the Uttarakhand Women Commission in India, gaining insight into women’s rights and legal advocacy. In 2017, I interned at G. Nankhuni & Partners in Malawi, where I built practical skills in legal research and case support.

After earning my bachelor’s degree in business administration and law, I took a career break to explore new experiences abroad, working as a hostess at the Dubai Expo from 2021 to 2022. I returned to the legal field in 2022 and have since been working as a Legal Assistant at G. Nankhuni & Partners, handling a range of personal injury and general law matters with a focus on adaptability, organization, and client service.

I am currently waiting for my results at the Bar that i wrote last year.

I have a bachelor's in business administration and law (hons) that I completed in India. It was a five year course which I undertook from 2015-2020.
