• Keeping record of trailers, co-ordinate with drivers and making sure that trailer is ready for shipment.
• Generating invoices and dispatching the loaded trucks.
• Proving customer service in a timely and professional manner.
• Keeping safety standards high in fast paced and pressure environment.
• Plan the dock and worked as a lead hand, set up things before the shift starts.

• Worked with different types of switches and VLAN’s.
• Used ARP protocol.
• Worked in team on project to solve problems.
• Understood Switching and Routing.
• Used Cisco Packet Tracer to generate connections and to make understand how ping works.
• Worked with VM’s and cloud computing services with Microsoft Azure.
