I started my journey as a packer at Super Pufft factory, where I honed my attention to detail and organizational skills. In this role, I was responsible for ensuring that products were correctly packaged and prepared for distribution, contributing to the efficient operations of the factory.
Later in my career, I joined the team at Nike Store in India as a team member. Working at Nike provided me with the opportunity to engage directly with customers and deliver exceptional service. I assisted customers in finding the right products, provided product knowledge, and ensured that their shopping experience was both enjoyable and memorable. This role taught me the importance of excellent customer service, teamwork, and product knowledge.
