In my Customer Relation Specialist profile, I adept at escalation resolution and customer relations. In my present role as a Mortgage Agent, I am responsible for collecting and reviewing all necessary documents from clients to ensure the accuracy of all information. Moreover, I communicate with the potential customers and potential business generating referral sources and provide customer service. I am familiar with mortgage software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
