Various commercial/private building interior renovations including a three-floor building interior/structure renovation ($500K contract), Restaurants, Nightclubs, Martial arts gym, Daycare, Private houses.

• Employed 9 mill workers.
• Worked with the mechanic, structure, and electrical engineers

House Kitchen renovation, commercial building mill work: Ave. $4000 PJT

• Managed part-time helpers and subcontractors.

Sub-contractor for Cabinet Installation/Millwork at Go project (2019-06 – 2020-06)

House interior restructure, Full renovation & Enovation: Ave. $100K to $200K PJT. Mainly worked on stair installation and expansion.

Worked as a sub-contractor and installed their Kitchen/bath cabinets, demolition, dry wall, ceiling, floor, tiles, and painting.

• Contracted with house owners, store owners and builders directly to work on custom-designed kitchens, baths, pantries and closets.
