I am an IT Consultant, with over six years of work experience in the Oracle JD Edwards ERP and the Salesforce implementation, upgrade and support projects across multiple organisations- Deloitte USI, Navisite and Infosys Limited. I hold four active certifications- Oracle JD Edwards E1 9.2 Distribution Implementation Specialist, Salesforce certified Administrator, Certified Scrum Master and KPMG Six Sigma Green Belt.
I have lead the efforts in master data management in mock cycles, design workshops, interface testing, integration testing, regression testing, user training and specifications documentation activities. I developed solutions in Oracle JDE UX One and Orchestrator to help clients innovate. I have participated actively in firm initiatives at Deloitte and Navisite with respect to ERP and CRM systems.
