In my professional journey, I have accumulated diverse experiences in customer service and operations. I excelled in providing exceptional guest service, taking food orders, food preparation, and managing cash registers while maintaining a clean and sanitized store environment. my role as a cashier and customer service representative at BAJRANG SUPER STORE reinforced my commitment to customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Additionally, I briefly served as an Assistant manager at RS PIPE AND ARTICLE WORKS where I enhanced administrative processes, standardized office procedures, ensured product quality, and assisted customers with product information, billing, and reporting. throughout my career, I consistently contributed to creating safe, clean and efficient work environments while delivering top-notch service to customers.

All my education is in engineering field and I had pursued my bachelors in Mechanical while currently I am pursuing my PG Diploma course in Quality Assurance Manufacturing Management in Conestoga College.
