To ensure data quality, I skillfully applied the Interquartile Range (IQR) method, effectively detecting and removing outliers. Additionally, I addressed the issue of missing data by employing the chi-square and correlation methods to ascertain relationships between features.
Subsequently, I utilized grouping and mode-based imputation techniques to replace missing data while preserving the normality and distribution proportions of the dataset. My commitment to feature engineering was evident as I created new features that significantly improved predictive capabilities. As a result of my comprehensive efforts, I achieved an impressive 85% accuracy in categorizing customers as casual or subscriber members.

Customer Churn using SAS In this project, I skillfully imported a text-based dataset into SAS, but I encountered several challenges such as missing data, erroneous inputs, and columns with incorrect formats. Determined to obtain accurate results, I meticulously cleaned the data, ensuring its reliability. I took a proactive approach to address the issue of existing or churned customers by creating a new feature.
Throughout the analysis, I thoroughly explored the interrelationships between various features and crafted insightful graphs and plots to capture trends and patterns. Based on these valuable insights, I was able to make data-driven recommendations aimed at reducing the number of churning customers. My dedication to data cleaning and analysis played a crucial role in deriving meaningful conclusions and contributing to actionable solutions for the business.
