I am a fourth-year Integrated Engineering student at UBC, focusing on mechanical and materials engineering. One of my favourite aspects of engineering is the opportunity to solve real-world problems and positively impact society. My passion for positively impacting society has led me to join my department's student council.
During my time on council, I have worked alongside peers and professors to help improve the community for the department. I will have one more year of education to finish my degree, during which I plan to continue my involvement with my community. After I graduate, I hope to work in a field where I can apply my engineering skills to make a difference in the world.
I'm excited to see where my career takes me and the impact I can make as an engineer.
