Working on installing photovoltaic equipment has given me many skills I can utilize as I take my next step working in the trades. As a team leader within the install crews, I worked with many clients within their homes, directing a team to accomplish a task in varying weather conditions, and adhering to safe work protocols to ensure the proper completion of hundreds of projects.
