I am a Cuban recreation professional with 16 years of experience. Also, I have been working in the arts for 19 years, my areas of expertise are playwriting, storytelling, short fiction, and poetry.

My communication, leadership, program development, and creativity skills, combined with my artistic experience and my master’s degree in Sociocultural Recreation and Cultural Projects Development as well as my Recreation Program Leader Diploma, allow me to design, develop, and organize outstanding recreation experiences. This is why in my previous job, I created an innovative recreation program, increasing customers satisfaction.

As a multi-disciplinary artist based in Calgary, I have spearheaded and participated in diverse cultural projects encompassing poetry readings, film screenings, graphic novel exhibitions, theatrical performances,

and storytelling events. These initiatives have garnered acclaim not only within Calgary but also in prominent Canadian cities such as Edmonton, Toronto, and Vancouver.
