I am a paralegal. However, I only practice in personal injuries. I have over ten years of experience working within the insurance industry and as such I am familiar with the Statutory Accident Benefit deadlines.
This has geared me to work well under pressure as it is mostly time sensitive. I work well alone as well as a team player. I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Since the claims process required me to work as a liaison with rehab clinics, body shops, police officers, insurance companies, law firms etc; I have developed excellent customer service experience as well.
