I belong to the Quality manufacturing background where I have started my career as a QC technician and for time being I have been on supervisory role in QC department.

I am currently a documentation specialist in Quality Assurance department of a manufacturing firm.

Quality Documentation specialist

• Product release of all inbounds by verifying consumer package labeling, components, formulation versions, FPS based on Canadian regulations and customer expectation, release of COA’s and send product for testing at third party lab.
• Issued version control of finished product specifications based on Food and drug regulation requirements and updated according to the GFSI’s food safety standards.
• Preparation of external lab test requests and maintained the retain sample database according to the set temperature storage conditions.
• Close communication with warehouse, co-packers and manufactures in order to meet the quality needs and to set Quality release procedure.
• Sustained knowledge of GFSI and ensured vendor provided information is up to date. Requested vendor/supplier certification or audit renewal certification on timely manner.
• Maintained customer complaints, initiated investigation on non-conformities, requested and prepared CAPA reports and templates when necessary. Handled the investigation held by CFIA on specific complaints.
• Initiated, organized and maintained compnay’s testing results for release, stability and quality investigation.
• Executed the organization’s stability study, prepared testing requirements and generated documentation on shelf-life observational study.
