● Set up a team of 5 fresh graduates to learn Angular Js and develop training modules
● Liaised with training manager to create training materials, schedules, tests & quizzes for evaluation
● Trained the first batch of 20 IT professionals within 3 months while updating the course on the go. Then trained the rest of the 200 IT professionals in the Toolbox team in the next 3.5 months Based on these training, the Toolbox team earned an additional project with Boeing
● Set up a team 20 newly trained AngularJs professionals for the Boeing ToolBox revamp

At this Knowledge Process Outsourcing Organization, I was part of the Dell Pricing Team. They needed to optimize the current pricing practices & reports for the Dell products which would directly improve the productivity score. Developed a crawler bot using JS and advanced excel to help gather all the pricing related information without human intervention thereby also reducing the human error factor.
The process accuracy increased from 89.76 to 98.97% & The productivity score improved by 73%. After the success of the crawler bot, was entrusted to implement their usage across 43 teams.
