Holden Lootsma

I am a dedicated professional with over 3 years experience managing fast-paced, multimillion-dollar projects. Throughout this experiences I have learned how to mange individuals, implement strategic solutions, and collobarate with various stakeholders. I have developed my leadership skills and pride myself in my ability to achieve big picture goals while managing my day to day tasks.

In my free time I enjoy playing and watching sports as well as cooking, traveling, playing music, and spending time with friends.

I manages fast paced, mullti-million dollar projects through collaboration with multiple stakeholders. I lead large teams and maximize profits using data collection and analysis thoughout the project lifecycle. I balances urgent tasks and big picture goals by efficiently solving problems and prioritizing the backlog.

I completed a 4 year Bachelors of Applied Science degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Queen's University. Throughout this time I learned how to collaborate with team members, work effectively and efficiently, and most of all solve problems. Learning how to solve technical and social problems in a timely manner did a fantastic job of preparing me for the project management industry.
