I currently work as a Team Lead and Emergency Response Hazardous Materials Technician with OM Environmental, responding to hazardous material and environmental incidents across BC. After three years with the company, I was promoted to Team Lead in recognition of my reliability, work ethic, and ability to work well with crews in high-pressure environments. My responsibilities include assisting with confined space preparation, air monitoring, emergency response, equipment maintenance, coordinating with crews on site, and following safe work procedures in industrial environments.
I completed the Texas A&M Firefighter Recruit Academy with NFPA 1001 Firefighter I & II and Hazardous Materials certifications, including training in confined spaces, rescue, and hazardous materials response. I’m known for being dependable, safety-focused and a great team player.
