Hong Lee Lau

Hi, My name is Hong Lee Lau, please call me Connie. I’m a permanent resident here and I have been living in Downtown Toronto for the past six years.

As a highly competent Bartender and server, I would bring a service-focused and hard-working attitude to this role.

In my current position at Terroni (Location at Spaccio east), I maintain a fun, customer-focused bar atmosphere as I serve guests. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently. I am friendly, enthusiastic, and organized.

I am a self-starter. I have experience in training new bartenders and server orders and working well as part of a strong team. I am familiar with classic and modern cocktail recipes and willing to learn new procedures quickly.
