I got my Ph.D. from the Civil Engineering Department of McGill University in Hydraulic and Water Resources. I have experience of more than 30 years as a hydraulic designer in the fields of sanitary sewage networks, storm sewer networks, water supply, pipelines, pump stations, storage dams, diversion dams, and head-works.
