I am Hurshitha call me Hersheys, a young creative person who is passionate about working on projects that allows me to express my creativity and make a positive impact on the work. I love art and digital art designs. For me creativity is not limited to visual art, however. I also enjoy writing and has handled several pages and blogs online. I love to research and write about social issues that raise awareness and inspire change.

I'm most passionate about working on projects that involve collaboration and teamwork. I believe that the best projects are those that bring together people with different skills and perspectives to work towards a common goal. Am always on a lookout for new projects to work and is not afraid to take risks and try new things. I have been involved in several creative projects in the past including curating book for photographer, designing logos for local businesses and creating marketing materials for non for profit organisations.

In the future, I hope to continue working on creative projects that allow me to express my creativity and make a positive impact on the world. I believe that by working together and harnessing the power of creativity, we can create a better world for ourselves and future generations.

With a background in technology and experience in overseeing projects worth over $300,000, I’m sure my meticulous attention to detail and practical knowledge will enable the team to deliver the projects even more efficiently.

I thrive on keeping projects running smoothly from kick off through launch. My experience working with cross-functional, international teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. Few points from my earlier experience,

• Evolved the project from dreams to vision. Responsible for end-to-end handling of the project – ideating, planning, budgeting executing and monitoring the project. 
• Like the ones I have done earlier in my experience of Raised fund for INR 50,000/- (~CAD 900)- and gave IOT kits for 20 children in a village.
• Trained and taught 50+ children about the STEM kits designed by myself with the help of Infinite Engineering Organization.
• Taught and trained 20+ mothers and 40+ girls about basic technology such as motor and wiring.
• Helped 50+ Women who are entrepreneurs and in leading positions from various business find their right mentor.
