I've spent close to a decade running manufacturing floors, most recently leading a 34 person operations team in beverage manufacturing outside Vancouver. I'm a hands on manager with strong people management skills, personable, and the kind of leader people are comfortable bringing problems to before they become bigger ones. I've built a production facility from the ground up, run safety and quality programs as part of the daily routine, and used data to cut losses and drive continuous improvement.

I recently relocated to Nova Scotia and I'm looking to bring that experience to a new manufacturing environment.

• Ran daily to annual production and plant operations for a 34 person team across 5 departments

Production Facility Consultant at House of Lager (2023-03 – 2023-08)

• Designed and installed a manufacturing facility for a client, partnering with Naikoon and Matthews West on a new production plant built from the ground up
• Delivered on strict client deadlines, coordinating trades, equipment, and production line layout

Production Manager at House of Funk (2021-06 – 2024-02)

• Delivered 25% year over year production growth in 2021 and 2022 while leading a team of 4
• Used data trends to drive process efficiency gains and reduce production losses
• Built and tracked plant KPIs, SOPs, and OPLs, and ran monthly production and packaging schedules
• Coordinated across departments to hit monthly and annual production targets

• Operated a fully automated production line, five vessels with a 15,000 litre capacity, to a consistent, in spec standard
