I have already completed 2 levels in the CFA program, and I wish to enroll in the last level as well to earn the CFA designation. Meanwhile, I am interested in working with financial institutions.
At this moment, I am an active Digital Court Reporter, completed more than 320 Depositions, EUOs, Will and Testaments, and Arbitration, as well as independently written my legal court papers such as motions, affidavits, interrogatories, briefs, records on appeals, and filed papers via the digital NYSCEF online system. Now, I am gaining the CER designation for court reporting, via Blueledge from AAERT.
At the same time, I have also been an assistant to C-level executives at 3 big pharma in the corporate world, thus I am well experienced in various corporate roles from assisting financial managers to human resources, in other words, helping executives.
Thus, I believe I have the credentials to meet the requirements in the fields of finance, law, and executive suites to corporations. I am located in New York, however, I am ready to move to Toronto, especially because I already have an office on Kings street for learning and completing taxation studies for the IRS, and one day becoming an Enrolled Agent as well, in order to understand the taxation affect on investments.
Completed level II of the CFA program and a Real Estate General Appraiser program. Significant experience in court procedures, litigation, legal writing, and court procedures. Able to oversee the operation of an office/firm and the collection of data and manage court calendars with everchanging priorities. Sound judgment and emotional intelligence, thus able to effectively prioritize assignments to the actual situation in line with excellent problem-solving and strong organizational skills. Writing with articulation that is logical and effective. And of course, have expert knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technological competencies. Have high energy, think logically, and rationally with an eye for details, and a high analytical mindset to identify areas of improvement with tools and resources. Ensure that both qualitative and quantitative measures are met.
The tasks performed in the past almost 30 years in different roles that make me an excellent candidate:
Built the corporation, employed 6 full-time employees, managed the company, delegated work, developed strategic alliances, created workflow processes, was involved in product development, etc.
Developed the training by myself from scratch and delivered it to employees of companies. Training such as Sales, Presentation Skills, and Time Management.
