● Hands-On Work at shop floor: Control panel, Switchgear, Wiring, PLC, Scada programming & HMI designing, fault diagnostic and troubleshooting.
● Control Systems selection and designing: Designed control algorithms for manufacturing processes like BIW, paint shops, and assembly lines.
● Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis for control system issues in assembly process machines and equipment with associates.
● Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to technicians and staff.
● Continuous Improvement: Led initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
● Maintaining line Quality parameter MTTR & MTBF.
● Diagnostic Tools: Use tools like multimeters, meggers, gas detectors, and thermal imagers for electrical fault detection.
● Preventive Maintenance: Annual schedule preparation and adair as per monthly,
weekly and daily plan.
● Stay Current: Keep up with the latest control engineering trends and technologies.
● Vendor management for complex breakdown, modification, AMC, health- check and overhauling activity.
● Participate in daily/weekly/monthly meetings with other teams.
● Participate in shift meetings with cross functional teams like production, quality,
safety etc.
