Ishita Singal

Very thankful to you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Ishita Singal. I have completed my graduation in the year 2014 &

cleared my M.Com in November 2019 and having total experience of around 9 year in the field of Account & Finance. Previously, before coming to Canada, I was working with

General insurance Corporation of India as deputy Manager since July 2016 where my key responsibilities area is finalization of Books of accounts & Financial Statements according with applicable IGAAP as well as Ind AS, preparation of various MIS, Co-ordination with Statutory/ Internal/ Cost Auditors for various audit, reviewing & customer relationship manager to various life and non life clients along with training the juniors.

Prior to GIC Re, i was working at R Kothari & Co. LLP from June, 2014 to June 2016 where my main job responsibilities is conducting various kind of Audit (including Statutory, Tax, ST, Management & internal Audit). Apart from conducting various kind of Audits, my other area of work is to monitoring day to day transactions, Co-ordinating the month end procedure including performing monthly reconciliations, filing Tax returns, finalisation of books of accounts.

7 years of experience in the field of Accounts in Reinsurance sector with client relationship management.Also, 2 years experience in an Auditing firm handling various Audit responsibilities.

Post graduate in commerce with 9 years of rich experience in the filed of Finance and Accounts.
