My name is Issam Hamad. I born on September 29, 1983. I have Civil Engineering background. I have been working in the field of HSE at Al Ain General Contracting Company LLC since 2007. At Al Ain General Contracting Company LLC, I implemented the HSE policy, goals, objectives and mission as per local and international standards.
My strong networking and relationship management skills have resulted in expanding my experience; to achieve the optimum level safe working practices.
The position I received allowed me to apply my knowledge of HSE, problem solving in good manner and working towards the goal of optimizing and enhancing the safety culture withing the organization. In addition to work I have also developed strong interpersonal and communication skills. Through being HSE manager after many years of experiences, it has allowed me to interact and effectively work with multicultural individuals. While I gained invaluable experience in the field of HSE, I am looking always for continuing professional development; so that the community can live and work in the safe place at the same time.
I am OHS practitioner with experience since 2009 and I aspire to excel in this field. I have been privileged to work in various challenging environments and multi-dimensional projects.
My responsibilities include working at sites and office. I have a diverse professional background with much to offer.
