Steering the successful rollout of projects with the accountability of defining scope, setting timeliness, analyzing requirements, prioritizing tasks, preparing sheets, and evaluating risks & issues as per budgets, handling project delivery as per functional &non-functional needs for various releases.
- Monitoring project progress & outstanding issues and ensuring quality & timeliness of the deliverable, extending post-implementation support to the Development team by defining standard practices.
- Providing support in handling escalation from clients to resolve their concerns and addressing their queries (customer advocacy) from other departments for a smooth ride for customer’s diverse issues Establishing healthy relations with internal & external stakeholders to provide support for architectural issues, keeping a close track of developments in the field of IT and updating top management about the same.
- Using estimated models, develops integrated baseline program plans with interlocking individual project plans; documents estimating assumptions refine plans, and manages performance against them.
- Maintain Project scope and ensure change management process, avoid scope creep.
- Implements and improves defined governance and oversight of product and interconnected project streams.
- Perform Postmortem and review the document with all stakeholders or Project sponsors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SDLCs, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the IT Infrastructure Landscape (Networking, batch scheduling, windows)
- Strong Background in managing and coordinating application integration and Database migration DB2, SQL, Oracle, MQ, RDQM, etc.
- Knowledge of Core Enterprise infrastructure management, building and managing servers (Linux, Windows, Unix, Db, Oracle servers etc.
- Experience in handling complex project integration and automation for business development
- Proven experience in providing solutions to the client based on the business requirement.
- I have a strong proficiency in reporting and documentation, as evidenced by my experience in compiling detailed reports, creating concise and informative summaries, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in various professional settings.
- Well versed in creating Datacenter, High availability environment and manage critical applications.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a strong ability to bring order and discipline to projects involving a large number of stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Technical background with knowledge of ASIC/IP hardware Development, analog / digital and electronic product development.
- Proficient in program management methodology and tools, such as Gantt chart, Power BI reports, MS Project, Visio, Microsoft Office, SharePoint.
- In charge of project closure initiatives. Ensures that projects adhere to established standards, such as delivery life cycle methods, IT risk, and compliance due diligence, and that audit requirements are met.
