• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including greeting customers, directing any concerns or issues with professionalism and courtesy to the right channels.
• Package Handling: Handle packages with care, ensuring that they are securely loaded and unloaded from delivery vehicles to prevent damage or loss.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the safe and reliable operation of delivery vehicles.
• Documentation: Accurately record delivery information, including package status, delivery times, and any issues encountered during delivery, using electronic handheld devices or other designated tools.
