Hi I’m Jake ! iv spent the better part of the last decade travelling the world and cooking in many different capacity’s and countries, I have always had an immense passion for food, food service and continuing to learn about the industry. I have honed my knife skills to perfection over the years and I’m fast, adaptable and always up for a challenge.
Over the years I have worked in everything from fine dining to catering and pub food to serving and bartending.. my passion lies within the kitchen and I’m happiest when I’m working with great food and great people !
