Worked at New Found Gold for seven months performing primarily core-logging. In addition, I accompanied project geologists on drill inspections and to line up drills. I cut core and consulted with core-cutters on complex zones and proper sampling procedures.
Worked at Nickel Rim South for Glencore as a Student Mine Geologist. There I mapped underground faces alongside the beat geologist and core-logged. I participated in and ran morning safety meetings, uploaded driller photos, and coordinated with the Chief Mine Geologist on priority tasks.
