My experience (15+ yrs) is a mix of in-house HR Talent Management, HRBP and Sourcing Consulting. I have worked in agencies and currently own a small staffing company that I have recently closed. My interests lie in full cycle staffing and onboarding talent. I have also entertained contracts where I have provided sourcing services to various business units. I enjoy partnering with managers in helping them retain, develop and deliver through hiring the right talent.
