While my education is in management, my passion for working with children and fostering a love of reading in all has always shone through. From working with young children in a day home setting to running co-operative book-based learning opportunities within the homeschooling community, I have always strived to incorporate fun learning opportunities for the children in my life. The homeschool community allowed me to gain perspective, understanding and patience as I delighted in working with children from a variety of backgrounds and with diverse needs.

My business background allows me a unique perspective for working in a school environment. I am a very organized and timely person. I have experience overseeing a budget and the more technical elements of running programs.
