Experience
Driving hotel guests to and from the airport, obeying all traffic rules and regulations constantly throughout shift to ensure a safe, accident-free trip.
Assist guests with storage and retrieving their luggage from the van, provide baggage service when in need and upon request. Assist guests with their baggage to their guest room and or pick up their bags from their guest room.
Open vehicle and hotel doors to assist guests.
Identify, assist, and accommodate guests with physical limitations or disabilities.
Maintain the shuttle; gas, oil, cleanliness; filling in daily van reports and reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis.
Set up and clean up of meeting rooms and ballrooms for functions. This includes setting up tables and chairs, moving tables and chairs, assembling dance floor, etc.
Light housekeeping duties, including public washrooms and common areas.
Responsible for keeping sidewalks snow free and ice free; for picking garbage in lot and weeding landscape in summer.
Responsible for walking entire hotel and ensure guests are safe and quiet; and policies are being followed.
