I have spent 15 years in leadership roles within the Manufacturing industry but am looking to leverage that experience into a different role that is more focused on customer service delivery and interactions. I am a positive and professional person and am considered a conflict resolution leader, always striving for the win-win that benefits a business and their customer base.
I worked in customer service roles with Loblaws, Rogers and the University of Waterloo. Upon graduation I worked in Group Insurance before moving into Supervisor and Manager roles within the Manufacturing industry for almost 15 years. My leadership was always people-focused, interactive and positive. I am looking to take my extensive experience into a new role.
