My education background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
New Brunswick with a major in Political Science. I also have education in the Teachers
Certification Program at the University of Maine as well as Investment Funds in Canada
Certification.
I have over 16 years experience in the banking sector, particularly in lending, and over 20
years experience in customer service that gave me vast knowledge in dealing one on one with the public, public speaking, planning meetings, coaching and managing staff, financial planning, budgeting, accounts receivable, brand promotion, and customer service excellence.
My strengths include coaching, explaining difficult concepts in a manner that a client can understand on their own terms, coaching, attention to detail, researching and interpreting policy and procedures and being a team player. I enjoy volunteering in the community and getting involved in promoting my employer outside of an office environment.
