Oil and GAS industry Abu Dhabi, Responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the management and cleaning service within the contract specification
Responsible for work allocation on daily delivery schedules based on customer schedules, keeping within the specified detail of the contract, and working principles
Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply Company regulations,
Carry out weekly audits to monitor staff's performance and adherence to Company standards
Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced
Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene,
cleanliness
Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards
Identifying actual potential problems, near misses relating to HSEQ in the delivery of the products and services
Identifying opportunities for improvement which may improve the service, make a job safer, improve protection of environment or enable a task to be performed more efficiently
Ensuring a clean tidy workplace at all times through adequate supervision
Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments
Develop and maintain documentation such as SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)'s, as well as maintenance of manuals,
policies and procedures as relate to any safety concerns
Work closely with Operations Manager and General Manager on quality assurance issues
